Sean “Diddy” Combs is embroiled in another lawsuit. While the rapper remains in custody following his arrest on Sept. 16 related to charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and promoting prostitution, an unidentified woman has filed a lawsuit accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her, according to documents obtained by E! News.

The lawsuit, filed on Sept. 27, alleges that Combs repeatedly assaulted the woman, referred to as Jane Doe, who is between 18 and 55 years old, over a four-year period. It also mentions that one incident resulted in her becoming pregnant, a pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage. Joseph L. Ciaccio, who represents Jane Doe alongside his firm partner Marie Napoli, said she first met Combs in the fall of 2020 overseas and was later invited on an all-expenses-paid trip.

“Powerful figures in the entertainment industry have long exploited aspiring artists and fans,” Ciaccio stated to E! News. “Recent high-profile lawsuits hold these celebrities accountable, potentially changing industry practices and providing justice for victims. No one is above the law. Fame and wealth do not shield Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from serious charges of sex trafficking and abuse.”

E! News has reached out to Combs’ legal team but has not received a response. According to the documents, after their initial meeting in 2020, Jane Doe began seeing Combs about once a month in 2021 and 2022. Combs allegedly arranged for her to visit him in Miami, Los Angeles, and New York. Jane Doe claims she did not attend these meetings voluntarily, asserting that Combs and his staff used coercive and harassing language to compel her visits.

The documents detail several instances of abuse. During one meeting in April 2022, Combs allegedly used spiked alcoholic drinks to coerce her into sexual intercourse. Another incident in July 2022 involved Combs forcing her to take ketamine and other drugs, leading her to black out intermittently. Following this, she discovered she was pregnant, a situation exacerbated by Combs’ team allegedly pressuring her to have an abortion before she miscarried.

Jane Doe also claims that during a 2022 visit to Combs’ Miami home, she left with bruises and a bite mark on her foot, with no recollection of how they happened. After her miscarriage, Jane Doe tried to distance herself from Combs but was later harassed through phone calls, texts, and location tracking. This harassment resumed in late 2022 and continued until July 2024.

In every meeting after their initial encounters, Jane Doe alleges she had to “perform a show” for Combs, involving the consumption of alcohol and other substances. She says these experiences caused her to fear for her safety as she witnessed Combs slap and abuse other women. She is seeking an unspecified amount in damages for the trauma, financial injury, and physical harm she suffered.

This lawsuit adds to Combs’ mounting legal troubles. He remains in custody with a court date set for Oct. 9 for a status hearing. Combs denies all allegations. Meanwhile, search warrants were executed on Combs’ L.A. and Miami properties on March 25 by federal agents, including Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). Authorities seized phones and reportedly found guns. Combs’ associate Brendan Paul was arrested on the same day for suspected drug possession.

Combs’ lawyer, Aaron Dyer, criticized the search, calling it an “excessive show of force” and stating that Combs cooperated with authorities. Dyer reiterated that Combs and his family members had not been arrested and that the investigation was “a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits.”

Combs was arrested in New York on Sept. 16, 2024, and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and other crimes. He pled not guilty and was denied bail. Combs is currently held at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center, where he is also on suicide watch.
